Get the site working again
Restore broken pages, admin access, forms, checkout behaviour or frontend functionality.
Plugin conflicts, broken updates, layout problems, slow pages, error messages and strange WordPress behaviour are all easier to deal with when somebody can trace the actual cause instead of randomly switching things off.
WordPress failures often look more dramatic than they are. A failed update, PHP compatibility issue, bad plugin, cache problem or theme conflict can take a healthy site down very quickly. I can investigate the problem, get the website stable and explain what caused it in plain English.
Restore broken pages, admin access, forms, checkout behaviour or frontend functionality.
The objective is not simply to hide an error message. I look for the plugin, theme, server or configuration issue behind it.
Where appropriate I can update the stack, remove obsolete components, improve backups and move the site onto a maintenance plan.
You should not need separate suppliers for the website, WordPress development, mobile experience and every small piece of custom functionality.
If the problem started after an update, plugin install, hosting move or content edit, that information can dramatically shorten the investigation.
Where access allows, I take or verify a backup before risky repair work.
A repair should not turn into an unnecessary rebuild. If the site can be fixed cleanly, that is the job.
Sometimes years of obsolete plugins and theme code make continued patching false economy. If that is the case I will tell you why.

Yes. Most repair work starts with somebody else’s installation. I will need appropriate WordPress and, where necessary, hosting access.
Where workload allows, yes. If the website is down or a key business function is broken, say that when you contact me.
Often, yes. The cause may be hosting, oversized images, plugins, database overhead, page-builder code or third-party scripts.
I can assess the installation, identify obvious compromise and help with clean-up or rebuilding. Serious security incidents may also require hosting-level support and password resets.
You do not need a technical brief. Tell me what the business does, what you want to improve and anything important about the deadline or budget.
