About these terms

These website terms explain the general basis on which information on ewebz.co.uk is provided. Individual web design, development, SEO or support projects are governed by the quotation, proposal or written agreement issued for that project, which takes priority if anything differs.

Website information

I aim to keep the information on this website accurate and useful, but prices, availability, services and examples can change. Guide prices are not a binding quotation until the scope of work has been agreed.

Project quotations

A project starts when the scope, price and payment arrangement have been agreed. Changes that materially alter the agreed scope may require a revised price or timescale.

Client content and access

Clients are responsible for supplying content, approvals, logins and other information needed to complete the agreed work, unless the quotation says that eWebz will create or source them.

Third-party services

Websites can depend on hosting providers, domain registrars, WordPress plugins, payment providers, APIs and other third-party services. Their availability, charges and terms are outside eWebz control unless specifically included in an agreement.

Intellectual property

Ownership and licensing of design, code, content and third-party materials are dealt with in the relevant project agreement. Third-party software and assets remain subject to their own licences.
