How I approach it

Build the right thing, then make the details work.

AI is good at pattern recognition

Error logs often contain familiar signatures that can point towards a plugin, PHP version or missing function.

AI cannot see the whole installation

It does not automatically know your backups, customisations, hosting environment, database state or commercial consequences.

Never paste secrets into a public AI chat

Passwords, API keys, database credentials and customer data should not be included in troubleshooting prompts.

When in doubt, stop before editing production

A reversible diagnosis is far better than a confident-sounding fix applied directly to the live database.
