Alexanders Estate Agents Aberystwyth came to me with an outdated website that wasn’t doing justice to their excellent local reputation. They needed a complete overhaul with a fully integrated property feed for sales, lettings, and commercial properties.
This was a big, technical project. I analysed their previous site to map all the correct data fields, then built a completely bespoke custom property feed solution integrated into a fresh, modern WordPress website. The result is a beautiful, fast-loading site that showcases their properties perfectly and brings their whole online presence up to a premium standard.

I designed and developed a clean, professional website that reflects Alexanders’ expertise and passion for property. The new design is modern, trustworthy, and easy for visitors to navigate, whether they’re looking to buy, sell, rent or let.
Custom Property Feed Integration
The highlight of this project was building a tailor-made property solution. I carefully studied their old website to get the correct key mapping, then created a bespoke plugin/system that automatically pulls and displays live properties for sale, rent, and commercial listings. This gives them a seamless, always-up-to-date feed without relying on expensive third-party services.
Complete Design Overhaul
I completely refreshed the styling — modern typography, beautiful layouts, improved imagery presentation, and a premium feel that matches the quality of their service. The site now looks delicious and professional while remaining easy to use and manage.
Built for Results
The new website focuses on converting visitors into valuations and enquiries with clear calls-to-action, well-presented property listings, and helpful content sections for buyers, sellers, and landlords.
SEO & Local Optimisation
I optimised the site for local searches in Aberystwyth and the surrounding areas, helping Alexanders appear when people search for estate agents, property for sale, or lettings in the region.
